Dedicated to driving the energy transition while promoting social justice, I am a utility-scale solar leasing specialist with over two years of experience in the renewable energy industry. Working with stakeholders nationwide, I've honed my skills in negotiating strategic agreements and fostering sustainable solutions. Simultaneously, as a psychology and social work student at UNC-Pembroke, I'm deepening my understanding of human behavior and societal dynamics. My previous role as a senior right-of-way agent equipped me with expertise in contract management and real estate negotiations, further complemented by my ownership of FoxHoney Land and Farm, LLC. I aspire to merge my renewable energy background with my passion for social work, aiming to champion equitable access to clean energy resources while addressing social inequalities.

As a BSW intern, I learned many aspects of social work practice from observing and working alongside the LCSW's and other staff and providers at Sandhills Best Care. While interning, I developed a comprehensive Resource Guide for staff and providers to reference in support of the myriad patient needs.

Contract Land Staff May 2021-September 2022 Subcontracted for Duke Energy/Piedmont Natural Gas for survey support, right-of-way acquisition, and title/probate search, and construction support in southeastern NC.
O.R.C. Utilities & Infrastructure July 2017 – March 2021 Subcontracted for multiple natural gas (NG) distribution system right-of-way projects for Duke Energy/Piedmont Natural Gas. Acquired right-of-way and supervised construction on multiple NG distribution projects in Stanly, Robeson, Cumberland, and Bladen Counties. Acquired regulator stations in multiple counties in North Carolina and South Carolina. Completed 30- and 60-year title in multiple counties.
Doyle Land Services, Inc. (DLS) June 2014 – June 2016 Subcontracted for the Atlantic Coast Pipeline with Dominion. Acquired right-of-way in Sampson and Johnston counties, NC. Completed title certificates in various NC counties as needed.

Completed 60+ year Chain of Title on over 150 tracts, as sole title agent for a PSNC Project in Orange & Alamance Counties, North Carolina. Acquired Right-of-Way, Temporary Work Space, Special Usage Permits, and Road Crossing Permits

Contractor for Duke Energy Progress (DEP) Duke Energy Progress (DEP) Distribution Land Agent in Eastern Region NC – Territory: Moore, Richmond, Hoke, Anson, Stanly, Robeson, Montgomery, and Scotland Counties. As the sole Land Agent in these counties, I managed projects requiring the acquisition of two or more easements, as assigned by multiple Engineers and Project Planners. Acquired easements for distribution facilities to be installed, relocate poles as needed while working with NCDOT, conduct title research, and document creation, recordation, and management through DEP data management programs.
Percheron Acquisition, LLC October 2011 – May 2013
Contract Title Agent for multiple NC acquisition projects for Piedmont Natural Gas (PNG). Right-of-Way Agent for Goldsboro/Smithfield, NC reclamation project for PNG. Worked multiple overlapping title projects statewide, managed title records and LTC creation in Percheron’s database, geoAMPS. Projects included running 30-50 year title in Johnston, Cumberland, Hoke, Robeson, Moore, Wayne, New Brunswick, Columbus, Bladen, and Wake Counties, NC.

Primary Administrative Agent – managed payroll, client billing, agent meetings, project procurement, work flow documentation (line list/work list) Senior Title Agent for multiple clients – created Drill Site Run Sheets. Prepared mineral leasing documents. Managed a team of up to 10 agents (Independent Contractors) for multiple clients.
Independent Contractor July 2007 – January 2010
Contract Landman for Texas Gas Gathering, LLC; later TGG, and EXCO Holding. Responsible for running 30-year title on assigned tracts, acquiring survey permission, negotiating easements, and recording documents. Projects included 56 mile 20” natural gas pipeline in Harrison, Panola, and Rusk Counties, TX; 67 mile 36” natural gas pipeline in Red River, Caddo, and Bossier Parishes, LA; 4”-10” well ties; cell tower site leasing.
